i bought the t-one 4 pin wiring for my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee and the running lights stay on when the vehicle in off

There are numerous possible reasons the running lights stay on when your Jeep is off with the 4-Way # 118727. By far the most likely though is a bad ground so double check to make sure your grounds are attached to completely bare metal surfaces and free of any paint, dirt or corrosion.
The other issue that may be happening is if your trailer has LED lights; if so, and the running lights are staying on dimly, that is something that simply occurs with LEDs from time to time and you can simply unplug the harness.
