What Are the Dimensions of the Stromberg Carlson Replacement Tire Mounting Hardware

I just need the dimension of the square keyedinch portion at the head of the bolt.

I went out to the warehouse and measured the Replacement Tire Mounting Hardware for Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier # 2109 and measured 12.76mm (1/2") for the spline diameter, 29.48mm (1-5/32") for the thread length, and the head diameter is 26.57mm (1-3/64").
