By adding this sway bar system, will it help with wheel hop, when I hit a bad bump in the road, while towing my 5th wheel trailer.

An anti-sway bar like the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-144 will help with control when you hit a bad bump in the road, but it's more for strengthening the frame to prevent side to side sway.
