Should the Rear Bumper Cover on 2013 BMW X5 Feel Soft in Areas after Hitch Install
Question:
I have removed the rear cover installed a class III Hitch and re installed the bumper fascia. The very tip of the fascia on both sides is a little mushy not tight like the rest of the fascia. How can I get it tight?

If you reinstalled it correctly attaching all the screws and re-riveting the fender with the included rivets then there is nothing else you can do to make it fit tighter. Some parts of body pieces on cars will feel more solid than others and that doesn't mean anything's wrong.
You should have nothing to worry about either since its not going anywhere.
I attached an installation video for the Draw-Tite Hitch part # 75600 that you referenced that details the fascia removal and re installation for you to check out to make sure you put it all back together right.
