Correct Working Load Limit & Break Strength of etrailer E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Straps e62NR

Question:

Hello, with respect to part number e62nr, the specs in the text description say 1100 lbs WLL and 3300 lbs max, but in the video Jeff describes them as 1333 lbs WLL and 4000 lbs max. Can you confirm which specs are correct? I would like to use them to secure a 4600lb vehicle. Thank you

Expert Reply:

The correct WLL is indeed 1,333 lbs and the correct break strength is 4,000 lbs for the etraile E-Track straps you asked about:

- etrailer E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Straps with Roller Idler and Ratchet # e62NR

So for a 4,600 lb vehicle you will need a total of four straps, or a quantity of two of the # e62NR.
