The difference between the two B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitches and which would be better for your 2007 Dodge Ram is going to be based on what cab style your truck has. If it's a mega cab you'd want the part # BWGNRK1308 and if it's not a mega cab part # BWGNRK1313. The mega cab looks like it has about a foot of additional cab behind the rear door. Non mega cab 4 doors the distance is about half that.
