C12211 - Volvo 850 Sedan Install - No Drill? No Drop Exhaust?

To install the Curt Hitch part # C12211 on your 1997 Volvo 850 Series sedan you will need to drop the exhaust and there will be some drilling required.
The instructions say that some sedans will require drilling through the bottom inboard holes into the bumper brackets and bumper for clearance of the bolts. These instructions are attached.
