There are options for a trailer hitch for your 2016 Winnebago on a Mercedes chassis, the not the hitch you referenced because that hitch is only a fit for certain Ford trucks. There isn't a custom-fit option so you'll need a universal weld-on hitch.
You'll need to measure the frame of your Sprinter from outside to outside, and if it is 44 inches or less what you can use is the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch and Brackets with 3" Drop # 15901.
