I've included a cut-out from the instructions that shows how to locate the rails # RP50081-58 in the bed of your 2005 Ford F-150 5-1/2' bed, and an install video of a similar truck below.
Keep in mind since your truck has a 5-1/2' bed you can only use a fixed 5th wheel hitch with a rotating pin box installed on your trailer and a wedge for your specific hitch, or the Demco # DM8550040.
Using any other hitch/pin box combination will cause your trailer to run into your truck when you try to turn.
