Is It Normal For a Cargo Carrier To Lean One Way Or Another When Using a Stabilizer Clamp?

I have a 2010 Dodge Caravan with a newly installed hitch and cargo carrier. The carrier is not loose. I have a stabilizerclamo on but the carrier looks like its sitting at an angle Is there a fix for this or is it normal?

It is generally normal for a Cargo Carrier # FHG77ZR to lean slightly to one side or the other especially when using some stabilizer clamps. This is often caused by the weight of the ramp putting more stress on that side of the carrier. When you have it loaded you can use a Stabilizing Strap # 18050 to help pull the carrier one way or another to have the carrier sit more level. It will also help to reduce the amount your load is able to sway.
