Are 5.30-12 and 5x4.5 trailer tires interchangeable?

5.30-12 is a pretty common trailer tire size, whereas 5x4.5 is a very common wheel bolt pattern but not actually a tire size. For example the wheel and tire part # AM30850 is a 5.30-12 tire size mounted on a wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
