A replacement universal wedge part # LC79UD was recommended for our Turning Point kingpin connecting to a BandW # BWRVK3300 in our 2020 F250 6 3/4 bed with puck system. Would we be better off with the BandW specific Custom Wedge # SWW-06?

Yes, the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels # SWW-06 has been used by others and found to be compatible with the Lippert Turning Point so you'd be able to use it instead of the universal Turning Point wedge kit with your B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3300.
