Do Bolt Holes of etrailer Trailer Hitch Line up on 2017 Toyota RAV4

Hi. I am reading reviews for hitch e98864 which say the holes do not line up during installation on a 2017 RAV4. Is this still an issue ?

The bolt holes of the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98864 will line up on your 2017 Toyota RAV4. The issue when this happens is that the hitch "flexes" a bit during shipping, which is all too common with every hitch. So bolt holes not lining up isn't an issue with the # e98864 - they will line up, though it certainly is possible the hitch will flex and you'll have to bend it a bit.
