The tire you referenced, Karrier ST225/75R15, part # AM10256 is listed as a specialty tire. Special trailer tires are rated to operate at a maximum speed of 65 mph. If you exceed 65 mph, heat could build up in the tire and cause it to fail.
If a tire is rated to run at a higher speed, this information should be listed on the trailer's sidewall. I went to the warehouse and pulled one of these tires and there were no other speed ratings on the tire.
