I have the install instructions for the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH34VR included below as well as an install video we have for you to check out. This will have no issues fitting your 2022 BMW 330i, but it can only be used for bike racks, cargo carriers, and hitch accessories of that sort.
If you are planning on doing any kind of towing, you will need the Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH68VR. This has a few extra components (wiring and ball mount) that allow for this kind of use. That said, you can add the towing kit on at a later date with part # 391CONVA7 if you didn't want to go with the whole towing kit at the moment.
