Can The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack Be Mounted To A Trailer's Bumper

I am looking at Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount Item # S94FR to mount on the back of my RV trailer. My plan is to mount this onto the rear bumper which does not have a hitch. Can I use this with the addition of the Curt 2 Hitch Adapter?

The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR could be mounted to the rear bumper of your trailer using the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100. The only issue would be the capacity of the bumper and whether it would be able to handle the weight. Typically RV bumpers have a very low capacity and are more so just for looks so you'd want to verify with your trailer's manufacturer what the capacity is.
You can reinforce your bumper by installing the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets # MO34VR to strengthen the bumper's connection to the frame.
