Wiring Needed to Connect Trailer 4-Way Flat to Motorcycle Round 5-Way Connector
Question:
I have a 5 round on harley to a 4 flat on trailer everything works except yellow turning lights are brake lights

Expert Reply:
The 5-Way on your motorcycle should have separate stop and turn circuits so to get the wiring to match what you have on your trailer you need both the Pollak 5-Pole, Round Pin Trailer Wiring Connector # PK11501 and the Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732.
You'll cut off the 4-Way from your trailer and then wire the converter and the running light wiring to the 5-Way. Then you'll connect the converter wiring and grounds to the 5-Way as well.
