Will Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire & Wheel Replace 145R12C Tire

I have a trailer tire that reads: Radial Trail RH 145R12C 95/93L Will the following wheel and tire replace this?: Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12 Galvanized Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D

Since you have a 145R12 tire you can definitely replace it with the 145R12 tire that comes with the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D # AM31202.

Whether or not the wheel works depends on your current bolt pattern though. If you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern the # # AM31202 will work for you, but if you If you aren't sure what your wheel bolt pattern is I have linked a help article below which details how to find it.
