will the Rear View Safety Windshield Mounting Arm for Mirror Monitors Item # RVS-619UM work with the rearview mirror button for a 2021 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 XD chassis ? If not what would work with the MB for a 7inch monitor? Thank you

Yes the Rear View Safety # RVS-619UM will fit the mounting button on your 2021 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 XD Chassis.

This will allow you to attach a 7" RVS Branded monitor. If you have a different brand then this arm won't kit, as it's only designed for RVS brand monitors.
