Strap Replacement for Fulton XLT Powered Winch
Question:
on the Fulton XLT strap replacement diagram how many screws need to be removed to take cover off in figure 11? Does the winch need to be removed from trailer to change the strap?

You will need to remove 9 screws to get the cover off of your Fulton XLT Powered Winch F500620. 5 on the bottom, 2 on the clutch knob side, and 2 on the Fulton emblem. You will need to remove the winch from the trailer to be able to access the screws on the bottom for the cover removal. You can replace the strap with the # DL24291.
