Trailer Hitch Receiver With Most Clearance For 2016 Subaru Outback

I have a 2016 Subaru Outback. Previously installed a class III drawtite hitch. Recently found an accessory that requires the hitch pin hole to be less than 3.9 inches from the edge of the bumper. 1. Are there hitches that set the hitch pin hole less than 3.9 inches from the bumper edge? 2. If any products meet the above requirement, do they have the same mounting hole pattern as the drawtite class III hitch?

We do have a hitch with clearance less than 3.9 inches from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper for your 2016 Subaru Outback wagon. The hitch with the best clearance - 2-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper - is the following:

The # e98847 does not have the exact same hole pattern as your Draw-Tite though, as they are closer together.
