Recommendations for Rear Air Bags for Ford 2009 F-250 FX4 no 5th Wheel and Wireless Compressor Kit
Question:
Two main questions: Which air bag would be the better buy Firestone or Air Lift for my truck? Is it worth the money to buy a Wireless Air Kit of either unit? - Should these be purchased at the same time as the air bags or better to wait and install later?

Both Firestone and Airlift are quality products, and both are have confirmed fits for your truck.
My recommendation is to use the AirLift Load Lifter 5000 Kit # AL57398, and instead of investing the money in a wireless compressor system, I recommend the Airlift Quick Shot Compressor System # AL25690.
With the Quick Shot Compressor System you have the option of having an on-board 2 gallon reserve air tank, and accessory hose. The in-dash controller allows for continual monitoring, and adjustment of your airbags when needed. It also controls the auxiliary line, that can be used to fill your tires, or other inflatable objects.
If you would prefer, you can use one of the standard compressor controllers like either the # AL25592, or # AL25655.
As with any wireless devices it is possible that the other signals in the cab of your truck may interfere with the signal controlling the compressor, like a cell phone, wi-fi system, or wireless back up camera etc.
I recommend purchasing, and installing both the airbags and the compressor kit at the same time.
I have provided links to the parts listed above and an install video for your reference.
