R-VISION 2001 - Trail Lite 8240 Chasis Serial # 4WY200L2711077679 Brakes which do I need also wheel bearing lube kit for when doing brakes

We have no way of looking up your trailer for parts so you will need to identify the trailer brakes a different way. You can check the axle tag for the capacity and serial number which may allow you to identify the brake assemblies. You could also pull off the brakes and measure, or measure your hub and drum assembly.
If I had to guess you more than likely have 3,500 lb axles on the trailer. That would mean you could use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469. These are 10" x 2-1/4" brakes that fit a 4-bolt brake flange pattern. Then for grease for your bearings you can use the # L11390.
