Thanks for the photo and what you have there is a 205/65-10 trailer tire. You can indeed replace it with the ST145R12 tire and wheel you asked about, which is the following part number:

Radial tires are better for the vast majority of trailers because they run cooler and have more flex than bias tires, and I always recommend them unless your trailer is solely for agricultural use (in which case the stiffer bias tire makes more sense).
