There isn't an axle kit, but for the correct 7,000 lb axle, you need to know the dimensions of your current axle's hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center; I have added a link below to a video which walks you through how to measure.
For example, the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 8327834-EB measures 95 inches hub face to hub face and 80 inches spring center to spring center. It also includes hubs with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern, so you'd need a wheel with that bolt pattern and the correct load rating, like the load range E Castle Rock ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 16" Silver Mod Wheel # LHACK133.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of 7k axles and tires/wheel combos with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. For leaf springs that is going to depend on the measurement from center eye to center eye of your current spring; for example the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles # e64SR is 24-7/8" center eye to center eye, though that is the only 7k spring we offer.
