What is Depth of Hitch Tube of EcoHitch # 306-X7332

Question:

How deep is the receiver? I use a Thule bike rack that requires about 2.5inch depth past the pin hole. The pictures look like there might not be enough room. Alternately, is there an extension that might work? Im not towing - just carrying bikes

The EcoHitch part # 306-X7332 actually has an open back so you would not have to worry at all about your Thule bike rack hitting the back of the hitch tube.
