what regulater would you recommend for 136,000btu stove with a 10in water columun recommended from manufacturer with 100lb tank

The Camco Single Stage Propane Regulator part # CAM59013 is what I recommend for your stove, it has an output up to 200,000 BTU's and an 11" WC rating. This is the standard water column for most low pressure systems so it should work well for you.
