Replacement Brakes and Hub/Drums for a 2019 Jensen Trailer with 5,080 lb Axles
Question:
I have a 2019 Jensen trailer VIN: XXXX Model: 2019 Bumper. It is a 10,000 GVW with 2 5080 lbs torsion axles under it. I am in need of a complete brake assembly. I want to replace the backing plate, shoes, all hardware, drum, and bearings. I have a P/N: 122451 Right Hand Axletek on the backing plate. Can you recommend what complete kit I will need?

To replace the electric brakes on your 2019 Jensen trailer you need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA and Mounting Hardware Kit # BRKH12, and then to replace your hub/drum assembly you need one of the following:
- 6 on 5-1/2" Bolt Pattern # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K
- 8 on 6-1/2" Bolt Pattern # 8-219-4UC3-EZ
The 6-Bolt hub uses 25580 inner and 15123 outer beatings as well as a grease seal with a 2.25" ID and 3.376" OD, and then the 8-Bolt hub uses 25580 inner and 14125A outer beatings as well as a grease seal with a 2.125" ID and 3.376" OD. You'll want to confirm these bearings and grease seal specs match your current hub as I wasn't able to locate anything using the 122451 that you referenced.
