Can Roller Bunks Be Used for Pontoon Boat Trailer
Question:
A friend wants to sell me a bunk pontoon trailer that has rollers for the bunks instead of carpeted boards. Will that trailer work for my 20 foot pontoon? I have never seen one with rollers.

Your pontoon boat shouldn't be an issue for roller bunks. The ones we carry, like the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21741, are rated for 1,500 lbs per bunk so the weight won't be a problem at all.
Rollers make it easier to move the boat so your winch won't have to strain as much with rollers as it would with carpeted bunks.
