Is their a dual hitch product that can tow a Hyde drift boat and attach a Yakima hitch rack.

Yes, there is a hitch adapter that allows you to both tow your trailer and use a hitch-mounted bike rack. This is from Curt, and is the following part number:
- Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver # D210
The # D210 has a 7,500 lb towing capacity and 750 lb tongue weight capacity which should be more than enough for your boat trailer and bike rack. It comes with a pin and clip but if you also need a hitch ball the correct part is 2" Hitch Ball # 40038.
