Which Supplemental Braking System for 2005 Itasca with Air Brakes Flat Towing Vehicle

Question:

I am interested in a braking system for a 2005 Itasca. I do not like the idea of tapping into the air brake system of the RV and I would like to have an installed system, not a portable brake system. In the QandA section of the website, I found one that said the Stay n Play was not a good option for air brakes and recommended Air Force One. Then I saw another one that recommended the Stay n Play for a coach with air brakes. Please help me with a recommendation. Thanks

For coaches like your 2005 Itasca that have air brakes you do want to use the Air Force One part # SM99243. You do not want to use the DUO Stay N Play as it won't work well with air brakes.

The Air Force One is a permanent install like you are wanting as well.
