You can flat tow the manual, FWD, and AWD models of the 2013 Honda CR-V. You will need to check your owner's manual for the specific set up procedure. I have linked the parts below you will need along with any installation videos we may have:

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643

Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521567-5

Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267

Supplemental Braking System - Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System item # BLU37TR and item # RM-9332 to power it.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. I have linked a FAQ article that explains all this in more detail along with our selection of adapters.

For this vehicle, fuse(s) must be pulled during towing. Please check owner's manual to confirm. You can make this process as easy as flipping a switch by using a fuse bypass. If your owner's manual says to only pull the #19 ACC radio fuse, use item # RM76511; if it states to pull the #19 ACC radio fuse and the #20 ACC key lock fuse, use item # RM76512. These are not required (pulling the fuses is though) they just make the process easier.
