Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397 will fit your 2024 Honda CR-V as long as you do not have a hybrid or touring trim. This receiver is custom fit and requires no drilling to install. It gives you a 2" receiver which provides you with a larger selection of ball mounts and hitch mounted accessories.

I do recommend installing the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 when you install the receiver. This will give you a 4-way flat connector which is the most commonly used connector for most small trailers. It will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201.
