Where Does The Trailer Brake Controller Connect To On a 2023 Toyota Tacoma?
Question:
Where is the brake controller plug in on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma?

To access the connector for the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED99FR you will need to remove the door sill plate along with the left kick panel in the drivers compartment. Once you remove the kick panel the connector is located behind the large white junction block. This connector will be by itself not plugged into anything. The harness also requires connecting to the ground screw which you will find close to the door on the side panel. This will allow you to plug in the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR. I recommend using the Mounting Panel # 331-TPSI-002 to fit the control knob into one of the empty factory control places on the left side of the steering column.
