Recommended Wiring Harness for a 2023 Subaru Outback
Question:
I have a 2023 Subaru Outback onyx and was looking at the draw tite hitch. Which wiring harness works best with this. Do you have an adaptor that would work with a 1.25 Kuat bike rack?

The best wiring harness for your 2023 Subaru Outback is going to be the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56040. This is a custom fit wiring harness that plugs into existing wiring behind a panel in your rear cargo area. It will provide you with a 4-way connector.
I recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
You can use the Kuat Bike Rack Shank Adapter - 1-1/4" to 2" item # D101 if you have the following bike racks Alpha, Beta, NV 2.0, NV Base 2.0, Transfer V2, Sherpa, and Sherpa 2.0. This will allow you to carry your Kuat bike rack with a 1-1/4" shank in your 2" hitch receiver.
If you do not have one of the bike racks listed above you will want to use the Hitch Reducer item # HT02. This will allow you to use 1-1/4" accessories with a 2" hitch.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a ball mount kit item # C45534.
