You may be able to have a receiver fabricated using the Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 as I do not see anyone fabricates a custom fit receiver for your 2008 Audi A4 Quattro Wagon. You will want to contact a fabrication shop in your area and have them inspect your A4 to determine if there is enough structure to be able to fabricate a receiver.
If you are able to get a receiver fabricated I recommend installing the Tekonsha ZCI 4-Way # 119250KIT harness. This uses sensors which are placed around your wiring so you will not have to splice into the factory wiring or put any excess draw on the factory harness.
