The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76034 is a custom fit hitch for a 2011 - 2019 Ford Explorer. I don't have those measurements on-hand but if your vehicle is a 2018 Explorer that you input into our fitguide then this hitch will fit.
I'm attaching an installation video as well as a photo of this hitch installed on a 2016 Explorer for you to get an idea of what this looks like after the installation.
If you have a different vehicle please let me know the year/make/model so I can find a hitch that fits for you.
