What size hardware is required to mount part # 3375201100 and what is the bolt pattern?

I emailed the manufacturer, Buyers Products, and they said the hardware needed was #8 self-tapping sheet metal screws for the Document Holder for Trailers # 3375201100.

As for the pattern, the holes are spaced out 4-1/2" apart vertically x 1-1/2" apart horizontally, or you can drill holes in it for your own application.
