Will The Tuscon Electric Sway Control Work With a Redarc Trailer Brake Controller?
Question:
I want to make sure this controller works with the RedArc brake controller I have installed on my 2022 Tundra and also that my truck is compatible as well. I have a 26’ TT that does get a bit of sway even though I have a top rated WDH with sway control already installed.

Yes, the Tuson Asymmetric Sway Control # 335TSC-1000 will work with the Redarc Brake Controller # RED44FR on your 2022 Toyota Tundra. In my experience if you are still experiencing trailer sway with a properly installed weight distribution with sway control on the trailer, you are either in an area with very strong winds or your trailer may have the weight loaded unevenly. This could mean too much of the trailer weight is on one side versus another or there is not enough tongue weight on the trailer. Typically you want the weight from side to side of the trailer to be even and there to be 10-15% tongue weight at minimum on the trailer.
