Troubleshooting MaxxFan 4751KS Clicking When Opening and Closing

I have a Maxxfan 4571KS. It opens as it should but when it reaches full open it starts to click. It does this 5 or 6 times then shuts down as it should. It does the same when closing. Your input would be appreciated.

The reason your MaxxFan 4751KS is making that clicking sound is because the operator mechanism is failing. Replacing it with the Replacement Operator Mechanism # MA10-20281K-1AF should solve the problem and put an end to the clicking.

It sounds to me like your control board on your MaxxAir Fan Model 4751KS. The correct control board replacement for your unit is the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Manual Lift RV Roof Vents #MA10A21276K.
