Does Exhaust Need to Be Lowered to Install Draw-Tite Hitch on a 2022 Ford Edge

Installed this hitch on 2022 Edge the exhaust does not have to be lowered per instructions and video.

According to the installation instructions and our video of this hitch on a 2020 Ford Edge, the exhaust does need to be lowered in order to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75234 (jump to 4:30 minute mark of linked video to see).

This hitch also fits a Lincoln MKX for which it is recommended to remove the bumper fascia for easier installation. In the instructions it only calls out not lowering the exhaust if the bumper fascia has already been removed (see attached photo).
