Troubleshooting LED Strip Lights With Non-Working Brightness Adjuster

I bought the LED Light Strip Kit w/ Wireless RF Remote Control - 12V or 110V - 7 Colors - 16foot Long and the mode and speed buttons work but the brightness does not adjust. How can I resolve this?

The typical cause of an issue like this with an LED Light Strip # DG52688BU is either the power or just a loose connection. This strip is able to work off of either 12V DC and 110V AC. You'll want to check the voltage using a multimeter # PT89ZR to see if you're getting either a full 12 volts DC or 110 volts AC, depending on the power source you chose to use. From there you'll want to check all the wiring for any loose connectors as this can also cause an issue.
Other than that there isn't much you can do since it would mean that there's something wrong with the circuit board since the remote isn't communicating properly and adjusting the brightness. At this point you would want to reach out to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
