Is Lubrication Needed Where Pieces Come Together For Curt CrossWing 5th Wheel Hitch

On the Curt Crosswing hitch does it require any lubricant where the 2 pieces come together when you hook up the trailer?

Lubricant is not needed between the two pieces that come together on the Curt CrossWing Lightweight 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C86JR.

A lube plate is needed between the king pin and the hitch head of the # C86JR, however, but the lube plate is included with the hitch.
