Do you make a custom harness for an f250 super duty. fifth wheel, gooseneck and four blade connections? thanks in advance

Yes, we do. It is the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole and 4-Pole Connector item # HM54FR. So long as your 1999 Ford F-250 came with a 7-way harness from the factory, this wiring harness will connect to your existing wiring.
I have linked an installation video below that will help you with the set up. This harness was made for newer GM trucks but the factory connectors are the same as your Ford.
