I assume you are referring to an interior light inside an enclosed trailer with your 2013 Ford F-150. The exterior running and brake/turn signal lights will get their power from separate lighting wires on your trailer. The interior light could get its power directly from either the charge line circuit or could be also tied into a separate battery connection. If there is supposed to be a separate battery inside the trailer you will have to have this connected to complete the lighting circuit. Otherwise you will want to check the charge line on your 7-way to verify you are getting power. If you are looking into the 7-way on your truck the charge line is the pin in the 1 o'clock position. A Test Light # PTW2993 will allow you to verify that you have power when the truck is on. It is possible the manufacturer did not include the fuse for the charge line so be sure to verify with your owners manual all the fuses and relays for the trailer are in place and in good condition.

Please let me know any additional information specifically about your trailers so I can further help if the information above does not resolve your issue.
