I have linked a video below showing the installation of the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118757 on a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. In the video he shows taping into a factory wire which is already ran to the front fuse panel. This will save you from having to run a wire under the vehicle to the battery location at the front of your Nissan.
You will be able to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56397 you were looking at the same way.
