What Can Be Used When Swapping A Fifth Wheel Hitch Over To A New Truck

We have a 2020 Ram with a 18,000 BandW slider hitch. We are looking at trading the 2020 Ram in for a Chevy 2500 HD. Can we use everything we currently have for our hitch now once we take everything off?

If you have the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 which mounts on base rails then you can definitely reuse the hitch in your new Silverado, but the fitment for the base rails will differ between the Ram and Chevy so you will have to get a new base rail kit.
If you trading in for a 2020-2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 then you'll need the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2505. For a 2011-2019 you'll need the # BWRVK2506 instead.
