I was looking at the roadmaster195225 spare tire mount when I put my vehicle it has an x it is a Thor quantam 24ft 16 inch wheels dually back.

You will be able to use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 on your 2017 Thor Quantum RV Motorhome. This particular carrier is not fit guided to specific vehicles. It is designed to fit into a 2" receiver which you will have and is capable of carrying a 16" to 24-1/2" dually wheel like the 16" dually your Thor will have.
