B and W Slider Hitch Solution for 2017 Ram 2500 without Factory Prep Package

Bandandw slider hitch rvb3670 can this work on a 2017 ram with no pucks in the bed.

The only way you'd be able to use the B and W Companion Slider part # BWRVK3670 in the bed of your 2017 Ram 2500 would be if you went to a Ram dealer and had them install the prep package that you are currently missing.
A simpler solution would be the Companion part # BWRVK3400 which fits the Turnoverball gooseneck hitches like the part # BWGNRK1384 that is fit for your truck. This is also an underbed rail kit but it doubles as a gooseneck hitch and is going to cost considerably less than a Ram OEM rail kit.
