Can A Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Be Used In A Tri-Axle Setup

Heartland cyclone 5th wheel toyhauler, 34. Three axle, im told that this timbren axle will not work on a 3axle system. my rear axle is the one that needs replacement.

You're correct, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # TASR5200S03 is not designed to work with a triple axle suspension. You would have to replace your axle with a another axle of similar dimensions. If you still have the axle tag on the axle or any of the others I can look it up and find the correct replacement.

If not, you'll need to know the capacity of the axle and measure for the spring seat spacing and hub face to hub face. For axle capacity you'll want to measure the diameter of the tube with some calipers # PTW80157 so that we can ballpark what the actual capacity is if you. For the spring and hub face measurements you'll want to measure based on the picture I've attached below.

Once we have the information on your axle we can then find a compatible replacement.
